How to apply SHOE CONDOMS: 1. Trace sole of shoe on 3m side 2.Remove backing and align your SHOE CONDOM evenly - heel first. 3. Once evenly aligned, smooth out and firmly press into your sole’s grooves. 4. Smooth and firmly press edges until your SHOE CONDOMS is secure. 5. Apply heat with blow dryer or heat gun and gently smoove out in a sweeping motion – holding heat source at a safe distance. 6. Repeat steps 2-4 until your SHOE CONDOM is tightly sealed. 7 last apply traction pads for better grip on soles
